Currently we are looking for a QA & IT Associate to join our team!
Primary responsibilities:
- Supports QA & IT Departments
- Supports on development, implementation and operation of the quality and information security procedures and systems
- Assists in managing the document control system, including the creation, revision, updating and distribution of SOPs
- Participates in internal audits and follows up on any subsequent corrective actions as required
- Participates in audits and evaluations of suppliers and follows up on any subsequent corrective actions as required
- Follows up on corrective actions generated from external audits
- Assists in performing Quality Control reviews
- Assists in the induction/ orientation of new staff in quality and information security policies
- Assists in the compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
- Assists in the achievement of quality and information security KPIs
Qualifications:
- University degree in life sciences or computer science
- Previous demonstrated experience in Pharmaceutical or CRO industry will be preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- IT skills, including use of MS Windows, MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with attention to detail
- Effective time management
